Almond Flour Pumpkin Banana Bread

Preheat your oven to 350. First, mix together the wet ingredients—2 ripe bananas (mash first), 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar, 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée, and 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth!! Mix in the dry ingredients—2 cups of almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Then, fold in some dark chocolate chips—however much your heart desires!! Transfer to a parchment paper lined loaf pan and sprinkle with more chocolate chips. Bake for 45 mins. Slice and enjoy! Also, keep stored in the fridge!
