CABDURY EGG INSPIRED TRUFFLES

1. Add 12 oz (or about 2 cups) of milk chocolate chips or a chopped milk chocolate bar, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, and 2 tsp of Apothekary Hormone Harmonizer to a large mixing bowl.
2. Pour in 1/2 cup of warm coconut cream (you can get this at pretty much any grocery store—it’s in a can with the regular canned coconut milk; add the coconut milk to a sauce pan and bring it to a light simmer first).
3. Stir until silky smooth. Let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until it’s hardened enough to work with.
4. Scoop out about 1-2 tbsp of the chocolate mixture and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Set in the freezer for 15 minutes.
5. Form into little truffles using your hands and let them set in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
6. Then, mix together the coating—1/2 cup of melted white chocolate, 1 tsp of melted coconut oil, and 1 & 1/2 tsp of Apothekary Blue Me Away.
7. Dip the truffles in the coating and let them set in the fridge for 15 minutes before enjoying!
8. Enjoy right away or keep them stored in the fridge for up to a week.
