In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well combined. I like to use an electric hand mixer to make it extra fluffy! Serve fresh or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. 

For the apple cider caramel: Bring 4 cups of apple cider to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it’s boiling, stir, turn the heat to low, and let simmer for 45 mins to 1 hour—or until you’re left with about 1/4 cup & it’s a thick caramel-y consistency!
