Gluten Free Pumpkin Donut Holes

1. Preheat your oven to 325.
2. Grab a mixing bowl and combine 1 egg, 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée, 2 tbsp of coconut oil or butter, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla.
3. Then, mix in 1 cup of almond flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice.
4. Transfer to a greased donut hole pan (or mini muffin tray or donut tray).
5. Bake for 15 mins.
6. Mix together 2 tbsp of cane sugar, 1 tbsp of coconut sugar, and 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice.
7. Melt a little coconut oil or butter.
8. Once the donut holes are done baking, dip them in the oil or butter and then the sugar spice mixture.
