An easy, healthier, at-home version of Dippin' Dots made with a yogurt base instead of traditional ice cream, requiring no liquid nitrogen. They are fun to make and delicious, offering a nostalgic treat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, agave, and vanilla until smooth. Divide the mixture into separate bowls (however many colors you desire) and add your chosen food coloring to each. Transfer the mixture to a squeeze bottle (one color at a time), and squeeze dots of the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the colors. Place the baking sheets in the freezer for at least 1 hour. To serve, scrape off the dippin' dots using a bench scraper or butter knife. For best results, place the scraper in the freezer for 15 minutes before use to prevent melting.
