Iced Oat Milk Raspberry White Mocha (Cleaner Version)
10 mins prepServes 1
A homemade iced oat milk raspberry white mocha featuring a cleaner raspberry syrup sweetened with honey. This recipe guides you through making the raspberry syrup from scratch and then assembling the delicious coffee drink.
First, make the Raspberry Syrup: Add 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 3 tbsp of honey, and 2 tbsp of water to a saucepan. Using low heat, stir and bring the mixture to a simmer. Turn off the heat once it’s simmering and stir again, making sure that the raspberries are broken down into a sauce. Strain the syrup and let it cool. Store the homemade raspberry syrup in the fridge.
To make the Raspberry White Mocha: Add one tbsp of white chocolate chips to a cup and brew 2 shots of espresso on top. Stir together until the white chocolate chips are melted and combined with the espresso. Pour this mixture over ice in a serving glass. Add a splash of oat milk to the glass. In a separate container, combine 1/2 cup of oat milk and 2 tbsp of the prepared raspberry syrup using a frother, blender, or simply stir well with a spoon. Pour this raspberry oat milk mixture on top of the espresso and ice. Enjoy your drink!
