Instructions

First, make the raspberry syrup: Add 1 cup of FROZEN raspberries, 1/4 cup of sweetener (honey suggested), and 1/2 cup of water to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and let it simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and let cool. Strain the syrup and keep refrigerated in a mason jar.

Then, to make the latte: Pour about 2 tablespoons of the prepared raspberry syrup (adjust to your desired sweetness) over ice. Add about 1 cup of milk. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon of matcha with 3 tablespoons of hot water until smooth. Pour the whisked matcha on top of the milk and syrup mixture. Top with freeze dried raspberries before serving.
