Sourdough Discard Tortillas

1. Add 2 cups of all purpose flour and 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp of softened salted butter to a mixing bowl. Using a fork, cut the butter into the flour.
2. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1/3 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of sourdough discard. Mix and knead until a dough forms.
3. Let this chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Then, divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll them out until they’re SUPER thin. The thinner the better!! The author also pressed the dough between two cutting boards before rolling so it was more circular.
5. Transfer to a cast iron skillet on medium heat.
6. Cook each side for about a minute, or until it’s starting to bubble!
