A Halloween-themed recipe for homemade matcha-infused peanut butter cups, inspired by Reese's. Creamy peanut butter and coconut sugar are formed and frozen, then dipped in a vibrant green white chocolate and matcha coating.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter and powdered coconut sugar until smooth. Transfer the mixture to your spooky Halloween molds!* Place the molds in the freezer to set until completely hardened (about 3-4 hours).
Then, melt down the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Transfer this to a bowl and whisk in the matcha until smooth and a beautiful light green color. Remove the peanut butter mixture from the mold and dip into the matcha white chocolate until fully coated. Place on a wire rack or parchment paper lined baking sheet to set. Once the chocolate is set, enjoy!
*If you don’t have these, you can also transfer the mixture to a glass dish to then cut into squares.
