WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE STUFFED SQUASH BLOSSOMS—fried and topped with hot honey + flaky salt!! delectable 🤌 These tasted extra good after all my hard work spent securing the squash blossoms😫called 6 different grocery stores until finally my local health food store was able to special order them (insanity I know) but they’re WORTH IT How to make… - Add 1/4 cup of goat cheese, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of fresh rosemary, 1 clove of garlic, and the juice of 1 small lemon to a food processor. Blend until smooth. - Spoon into a plastic bag so it sits at the corner—cut a small slit and use this as a piping bag. - Fill the squash blossoms with the whipped goat cheese. - Set aside and make the batter—whisk together 2 tbsp of flour and 1/4 cup of water in a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs to another small bowl. - Dip the squash blossoms into the wet mixture, and then the bread crumbs. - Pan fry until crispy using 1/4 cup of olive oil in a cast iron skillet on medium heat. - Plate and top with hot honey and flaky salt :) #eats #tastemademedoit #thefeedfeed #squashblossoms
